Hot Mulled Wine

Stone Hill Winery Hot Mulled Wine
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 1/2 cups Boiling Water
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 Lemon sliced
  • 2 sticks Cinnamon
  • 2 whole Cloves
  • 1 bottle Stone Hill Hermannsberger
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Combine boiling water, sugar, lemon, cinnamon and cloves; stir until sugar dissolves. Add wine; simmer 20 minutes. Do not boil. Strain. Serve hot with a sprinkling of nutmeg.
