Slice the orange, lemon and lime. Marinate fruit slices for 24 hours in medium sugar syrup (1/4 cup sugar with enough water to cover the fruit slices).
Squeeze juices out of the fruit. Fill a large punch bowl half full with cubed ice.
Pour the Stone Hill Concord wine, lemon-lime soda and fruit juice syrup over the ice. Let stand for about one hour, then serve.
