Concord Sorbet

INGREDIENTS
- 3/4 cup Stone Hill Concord wine
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Corn Syrup
- 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 5 cups Frozen Mixed Berries Raspberry, Blueberry, Cherry, Strawberry, etc.
INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients in order into blender.

Press the ‘PULSE’ or ‘SMOOTHIE’ button and blend until the mixture is smooth.

Pour sorbet into a freezer safe container and cover with a lid/tinfoil/plastic wrap.

Freeze sorbet overnight.
