Job Information

The Vintage 1847 Restaurant at Stone Hill Winery is looking for an enthusiastic Sous Chef and Chef De Partie (Hot/Cold Line) to help create memorable meals for our patrons. The ideal candidate will be an excellent team player, willing to go the extra mile in pursuit of great food! This position is available for Full-Time or Part-Time.

Responsibilities Include

  • Vegetable Prep, Sauce Making, Line Cooking, and Assembling
  • Keeping Your Area of the Kitchen Safe and Sanitary


  • Past Experience Working in a Similar Role Preferred
  • Ability to Work well in a Team
  • Continual Willingness to Learn
  • Multitasking and Organizational Ability
  • Available to Work Weekend and Holiday Shifts
