Groundskeeper

Stone Hill Winery is seeking a groundskeeper. This is a full-time, year-round outdoor position offering full benefits.

• Operating and maintaining lawn mowing equipment, weed eater, chainsaw, leaf blower, skid steer loader, fertilizer spreader, pruning tools and snow removal equipment.
• Trash receptacle and recycling management.
• Assist with various facility maintenance tasks as outlined by the facilities manager.

• The applicant must possess a basic knowledge of general lawncare, equipment maintenance, basic landscaping techniques, and have experience operating all groundskeeping equipment.
• Be able to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks in various weather conditions.
• Ability to supervise an assistant in the safe performance of all groundskeeping tasks while being attentive to the safety and positive experience of all winery visitors.
• A strong diligence and commitment to maintaining exacting standards of facility cleanliness and aesthetic appeal to enhance the overall winery visitor experience.
