About this wine
Reserve Vignoles is produced from carefully selected, fully ripened fruit to achieve optimal concentration and balance. The grapes are gently pressed and fermented at cool temperatures to preserve aromatics and natural acidity. Extended aging prior to bottling enhances texture and integration, resulting in a refined and expressive wine. This shy-bearing Vignoles (veen’ yole) grape has become the jewel of Missouri white wines. The difficult-to-grow variety achieves its richest complexities in the warm and sunny vineyards of Missouri.
