Stone Hill Winery Cream Sherry Bundt Cake
INGREDIENTS
Cake
  • 1 Yellow Cake Mix
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Oil
  • 1/2 cup Stone Hill Cream Sherry
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/2 cup Nuts your favorite
Syrup
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Stone Hill Cream Sherry
INSTRUCTIONS
Cake
  1. Mix Yellow cake mix with eggs, oil, Cream Sherry and water. Chop nuts, sprinkle half in bottom of pan, pour in batter, top off with remaining nuts, and then bake 50 to 60 minutes.
Syrup
  1. Bring butter, sugar and Cream Sherry to a boil. Pour mixture over cake while still in Bundt pan. Allow to set 1 hour before turning cake out of Bundt pan.
