Blackberry Brownie

Stone Hill Winery Blackberry Brownie
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 squares Bittersweet Chocolate
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/4 cup Stone Hill Blackberry Wine
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1/4 cup Blackberries
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter 9×9 inch pan
  2. Melt butter and bittersweet chocolate over low heat
  3. Mix together eggs, sugar, flour, salt, baking soda, vanilla and blackberry wine
  4. Fold in melted butter and chocolate mixture
  5. Add chocolate chips and blackberries
  6. Bake 20-25 minutes
  7. Serve with Stone Hill’s Blackberry Wine
