Norton Tasting & Dinner

Event typically lasts 4 hours.
The sparkling wine & appetizer reception will be held in the Apostle Cellar followed by the tasting in the Sherry House and then dinner will be served at Vintage Restaurant.
The sparkling wine & appetizer reception begins at 5:30 pm.
Business casual (jackets are optional). The Apostle Cellar will be cool please bring a jacket.
The sparkling wine reception will feature an assortment of appetizers and the dinner will be a three-course gourmet dinner matched with Stone Hill’s award-winning wines (this years menu is yet to be determined).

1st Course: Dried Cherry and Gorgonzola Chicory salad with Blanc de Blancs Champagne Vinaigrette served with Reserve Chardonel
2nd Course: Petite Ribeye with Norton Buerre Rouge, Steamed Broccolini, locally grown baby carrots and rustic Chevre mashed potatoes served with 2001 Norton
3rd Course: Elderberry and Lemon Pavlova, crisp meringue with house made lemon curd, whipped cream and locally produced Elderberry syrup served with Cream Sherry
