The Vintage Restaurant at Stone Hill Winery is seeking a Sous Chef/Line Cook to join our team. This position can be full time or part time and is available to start immediately.
- A full understanding of various cooking methods, equipment and procedures, as well as industry food safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
- Play a key role in contributing to guest satisfaction.
- Willing to perform other job-related duties as requested by management.
- Responsible for lunch and /or dinner shifts.
