RESTAURANT CHEF – FULL
VINTAGE 1847 RESTAURANT – STONE HILL WINERY

  • Direct responsibility for daily operations of the kitchen to ensure the highest quality of food preparation and the highest customer experience
  • Efficiently manage all food and labor costs
  • Recruit, train, schedule, and manage kitchen staff overseeing performance and productivity
  • Utilize par sheets to minimize waste
  • Maintain vendor relationships and order effectively
  • Oversee weekly delivery inspections
  • Accurately perform end of month inventory
  • Ensure compliance by enforcing sanitation, safety standards, and establishing procedures
  • Plan menus, specials, and establish profitable pricing
  • Oversee kitchen equipment maintenance
  • Maintain guest service standards and customer satisfaction
  • Willing to work nights and weekends, varied work schedule

Requirements:
Degree in Culinary Arts preferred/2+ years’ experience as Head Chef
Ability to manage people and lead by example/ Attention to detail
