2008 STEINBERG RED

BLEND INFORMATION: Our Steinberg Red is blended primarily from the red European-hybrid grape, St. Vincent, and the white European-hybrid grape, Vidal Blanc. This semi-sweet wine renders a soft palate impression exquisitely achieved by our winemaker's skillful and intricate blending of red and white wines. 5,780 cases produced.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION: Alcohol - 13.1%; Residual Sugar - 2.9%

TASTING INFORMATION: The companion wine to our popular Steinberg White. A red and white wine blend characterized by fresh fruit flavors and aromas, light tannins and a touch of sweetness. Perfect chilled, for sipping or served with ribs, burgers, ham and sausages.
