VARIETAL INFORMATION: This shy-bearing Vignoles (veen' yole) grape has become the jewel of Missouri white wines. The difficult-to-grow variety achieves its richest complexities in the warm and sunny vineyards of Missouri. Our 2010 vintage is made from 100% Vignoles grapes harvested at their peak of maturity. 9,200 cases produced.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION: Harvested late September, 2010; Alcohol - 13%; Residual Sugar - 3.7%

TASTING INFORMATION: Stone Hill's Vignoles exudes rich, fresh tropical fruit flavors and aromas. We stop the fermentation at just the right moment to achieve the perfect balance of natural sweetness. It’s a fine accompaniment for spicy foods such as Asian and Mexican dishes. You’ll also enjoy sipping it by itself or with desserts such as fresh fruit or raspberry cheesecake.
