BLEND INFORMATION: The delightfully fruity Catawba grape is the primary grape in the blend. It's cold fermented to retain the fresh fruit flavors and aromas.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION: Harvested mid-September; Alcohol - 11.0%; Residual Sugar - 7.1%
