Dry Rosé Fact Sheet

DRY ROSÉ

BLEND INFORMATION: Rediscover dry rosé with this crisp refreshing wine from the St. Vincent and Chambourcin grape varieties. Grown only in a few places in the world, the St. Vincent grape is ideally suited to this delightful style of wine. Chambourcin adds body and complexity. After crushing, the red grapes were allowed to cold soak overnight to extract a light pink color. The grapes were then pressed the next day and fermented at cool temperatures to retain their lovely fruity aroma. 720 cases produced.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION: Alcohol - 13%; Residual Sugar - 0.4%

TASTING INFORMATION: This is a rosé for wine lovers. Its beautiful vibrant color foretells zesty flavors and fresh fruity aromas. Best enjoyed young, this unique, dry rosé is a perfect match for grilled chicken, spicy Mediterranean dishes or just a summer afternoon on the deck. Suggested retail price: $10.99 (750 ml)
