2007 TRAMINETTE

BLEND INFORMATION: Traminette, an up-and-coming new variety in Missouri vineyards, is a hybrid cross of well-known Gewurztraminer and Joannes 23-416. Cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks preserves the spicy floral aromas and flavors of this exciting new wine. 660 cases produced.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION: Harvested August 28, 2007; Alcohol - 12.4%; Residual Sugar - 0.8%

TASTING INFORMATION: Crisp and spicy Alsatian-style white wine with a lovely floral aroma and hints of lime and Golden Delicious apple. A touch of sweetness to balance the zesty acidity makes it a great match with seafood and Asian cuisine. Suggested retail price: $15.99 (750 ml)
