Baked Crab Rangoon
Class up your dinner parties with this elegant and tasty appetizer. This simple recipe takes only a few minutes to prepare, but it presents beautifully, and your guests will think you slaved for hours. Perfect for holidays, special occasions or just an everyday snack at home.
2 cans (6 ounces each) white crabmeat, drained, flaked
8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
1/2 cup mayonnaise
24 won ton wrappers
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix crabmeat, cream cheese, onions and mayonnaise.
Spray mini muffin cups with cooking spray. Gently place one won ton wrapper in each cup, allowing edges of wrappers to extend above sides of cups. Fill evenly with crabmeat mixture.
Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until edges are golden brown and filling is heated through. Serve warm. Garnish with chopped green onions, if desired.
Makes 24 servings, 1 won ton each.
