Holiday Fare Wine Trail 2010

DATE: November 20 & 21, 2010

WHAT: Travel to six local wineries tasting seasonal holiday foods paired with wine. Visit any or all wineries, and you are entered in a drawing for a chance to win $180 in winery gift certificates and a one-night stay at a local bed and breakfast inn.

TIME: Wine & Holiday Food Pairing at Stone Hill and all other wineries: Saturday: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Sunday: 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

WHERE: Six local wineries: Stone Hill Winery, Adam Puchta Winery, Bias Winery, Hermannhof Winery, Oak Glenn Winery, and Röbller Winery. Maps are available at the Hermann Welcome Center and at each participating winery. (Holiday Fare and wine pairing at Stone Hill in Founders Room, Tasting Room #2.)

TICKETS: $30 per person. Souvenir "Hermann Wine Trail" glass included in ticket price. Limited number of advance tickets. Only 1,200 tickets. Tickets available online through the Hermann Welcome Center at www.visithermann.com or by calling 1-800-932-8687.

WINERY TOURS: Tours are on the hour and half hour. Adults = $2.50. Ages 6-12 = $1.00. Preschool = Free. Saturday Hours: 8:30 a.m. - 7 p.m. Last tour at 6 p.m. Sunday Hours: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. Last tour at 5 p.m.

STONE HILL WINERY HOURS: Saturday 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
