TIME: The sparkling wine reception begins at 7 p.m.
WHAT: The evening begins with a sparkling wine reception in our Apostle Cellar, followed by a multi-course gourmet dinner matching Stone Hill's new wines with great foods of the world. Our winemaker, Dave Johnson, will provide lively commentary.
WHERE: The reception will be held in the Apostle Cellar followed by dinner served at Vintage Restaurant.
MENU: The reception will feature an assortment of appetizers, and the dinner will be a multi-course gourmet dinner matching Stone Hill's new wines with great foods of the world.

Herb-crusted tuna steak (served medium-rare) on classic niçoise salad with cherry tomatoes, hard-boiled eggs, green beans, Niçoise olives, new potatoes, red onion and local mixed greens dressed with an orange-jalapeno vinaigrette.

Moroccan-Spiced Lamb Chop
Domestic lamb chop encrusted in a variety of Moroccan spices, seared to medium-rare and finished with a Chambourcin and fig compote; accompanied by oven-roasted heirloom vegetable quinoa.

Fresh Mango Cheesecake
A rich, creamy mango cheesecake with a toasted macadamia nut crust; crowned with Late Harvest Vignoles-scented soft whipped cream, fresh mangos, strawberries and drizzled with Hermann Hills Apiaries honey.

TICKETS: Reservations are required. Tickets are non-refundable, and cancellations are not accepted. To make reservations, please contact Victoria Browning at 573-486-2221 ext. 16.
COST: $70 per person, all-inclusive. Credit cards will be charged approximately two weeks prior to the event, and at that time the tickets will be mailed along with the credit card receipt.
DRESS: Business casual.
WINERY TOURS: Tours are on the hour and half hour. Adults = $2.50. Ages 6-12 = $1.00. Preschool = Free. Friday and Saturday Hours: 8:30 a.m. - 8 p.m. Last tour at 7 p.m. Sunday Hours: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. Last tour at 5 p.m.
